Here is how our day went!

We went to a park this afternoon with some friends and we decided to walk over to a pond that had been drained for the winter....temp today was 56 degrees. While we were there, Griffin and his buddy decided to walk on top of the dirt (QUICKSAND LIKE MUD) and Griffin sunk down waist deep!!! We couldn't get him out without sinking ourselves so we called Chip. Right before Chip arrived I was able to talk Griffin through pulling at least one leg out and shimmying his body and scoot across the sludge....It worked! HE was FREEZING but we got him home and cleaned/warmed up... Hopefully he doesn't have fleah eating bacteria or some parasite!! BOYS!!
